There are two ways to deactivate or delete your NDCasino account — through Settings on your own, or by contacting Support.

Temporary Break (Cooling-Off):

• Log in → Account Settings → go to the Responsible Gaming section.
• Choose a cooling-off period — anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• You will not be able to log in during this period, and marketing emails will also be paused.

Self-Exclusion (Long-Term or Permanent):

• Email support@ndcasino.net or submit a request via live chat.
• Include your account number and reason. The request will be processed within 24 hours.

Some profile details on NDCasino can be updated by you directly, while others require assistance from our support team.

You can change yourself:

• Profile picture, display name, and email address (verification required).
• Log In → Profile → Edit → Save Changes.

Changing your phone number:

• Go to "Change Mobile Number" in your profile settings and send an OTP to your new number.
• Once the OTP is verified, your new number will be activated.

Changing your legal name or date of birth:

• This information is linked to your KYC — it cannot be changed directly.
• Send a scan of your NID or passport to Support, and your details will be updated after verification.

The minimum deposit at NDCasino varies depending on the payment method:

• Mobile Pay: Minimum ৳200
• Nagad: Minimum ৳200
• Rocket: Minimum ৳300
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳500
• Crypto (USDT): Minimum equivalent of $5

For your first deposit, a minimum of ৳500 unlocks the full welcome bonus. Depositing less will still earn a bonus, but at a reduced amount.

Typical deposit processing times are as follows:

• Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket: 1–5 minutes. Up to 15 minutes during peak hours.
• Bank Transfer: 15–30 minutes, within banking hours.

If it still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, take the following steps:

• Refresh the page and check the status on the transaction history page.
• Save the SMS confirmation from Mobile Pay — you'll need the transaction ID if anything comes up.
• Share your transaction ID and amount via live chat — our support team will verify it manually and credit your account.

In most cases, providing the transaction ID resolves the issue within 30 minutes.

Yes, NDCasino has its own Android app. It's not available on the Google Play Store — you'll need to download it directly from the website.

Steps to install on Android:

• Go to Phone Settings → Security → enable "Install from Unknown Sources".
• Visit the NDCasino website → scroll to the bottom and click the "Download App" button.
• Once the APK file has downloaded, open it and proceed with the installation.
• Once installed, log in to your existing account — no new account needed.

iOS (iPhone/iPad): NDCasino is not yet on the App Store. However, you can open the site in Safari and tap "Add to Home Screen" for an app-like experience.

NDCasino supports multiple languages, including Bangla (Bangladesh). Here's how to switch:

On the website:

• Click the flag icon or the "EN/BN" button in the top-right corner of the page.
• Select "Bangla (Bangladesh)" from the dropdown.
• The page will reload automatically and display in Bangla.

To save permanently in your account settings:

• Log In → Profile → Preferences → Language → Select Bangla → Save.
• Once set, the site will always display in Bangla after you log in.

The same applies on the mobile app — go to the Language option in the Settings menu and select Bangla.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) means that even if your password is compromised, no one can access your account without the second verification step.

Steps to enable:

• Log in → Account Settings → go to the Security section.
• Click on the "Two-Factor Authentication" or "2FA" option.
• Choose between SMS OTP (a code sent to your mobile number) or Google Authenticator — pick whichever works best for you.
• If you choose Google Authenticator, scan the QR code and confirm with the 6-digit code provided.
• With the SMS method, the OTP will only be sent to your registered phone number.

On every login from this point forward: After entering your password, a code will be sent to your phone or Authenticator app — you'll need that code to complete the login.
